Cy-Kick CS Aerosol is a ready-to-use pressurized insecticide
with the active ingredient Cyfluthrin. Cyfluthrin is a synthetic
pyrethroid made to mimic the effects on insects of naturally
occurring pyrethrins, which are derived from the Chrysanthemum
flower. Cyfluthrin attacks the central nervous system of target
pests that come into contact with the direct spray or dried
residual of Cy-Kick Aerosol.
Cy-Kick CS Aerosol uses SmartCap technology in its
micro-encapsulated formulation to enhance residual effectiveness
and durability on porous surfaces. Microencapsulation also creates
optimal sized capsules for insects to pick up easily and quickly,
leading to faster diffusion of the active ingredient into the
exoskeleton of the pest.

Target Uses of Cy-Kick CS Aerosol
Cy-Kick CS Aerosol is a ready-to-use pressurized formulation of
the popular insecticide concentrate Cy-Kick CS. This aerosol is
ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial applications when
a micro-encapsulated product is desired as a crack and crevice,
spot, or void treatment. Cy-Kick CS Aerosol can be used in
sensitive areas such as food handling establishments, school, modes
of transport, and hospitals. Use Cy-Kick CS Aerosol for easy,
quick, localized treatments of a wide variety of common crawling
and flying pests. Cy-Kick CS Aerosol is also one of very few
aerosols that can be applied to shrubbery and vegetation for
treatment of mosquitoes.
Both Cy-Kick CS Aerosol Cy-Kick Aerosol contain the same
active ingredient, however Cy-Kick CS Aerosol will have more of a
foaming action and is labeled for different applications. For
example, only Cy-Kick CS Aerosol is labeled for
mosquitoes.

cracks and crevices, moist areas and openings around pipes. Treat
floors, walls, under pallets, behind shelves and drawers. Apply
directly on insects in these locations where possible.

Outdoors
Perimeter Treatment: For crawling insects,
apply to cracks and crevices where insects may enter premises.
Areas to be treated include, but are not limited to, weep holes,
under siding, wall voids, soffits, around attic vents, cracks and
crevices, openings around windows, doors, and pipes. Treatment of
infested fences and tree holes is permitted. To help prevent
infestations of buildings, treat a band of soil 6-10 feet wide
around and adjacent to the building. Also, treat the building
foundation to a height of 2-3 feet where pests are active and may
find entrance. A rate of 14/sec per 100 sq. ft. is desirable.
Crawling Insects: For treatment of localized
infestations of these insects in outdoor areas which are
landscaped, planted, mulched or unmaintained, treat infested areas.
For ants, wet hills and runways. Treatment of infested fences and
tree holes is permitted.
Active and Hibernating Stages of Boxelder Bugs, Elm Leaf
Beetles, Cluster Flies, and Clover Mites: Apply into
cracks and crevices and/or voids where these insects may be
harboring or hibernating. Infested areas may include cracks and
crevices, behind siding, wall voids, around window and door
frames.
Flying Insects: Treat outside surfaces of
screens, doors, window frames or wherever these insects may enter
the room. Also treat surfaces around light fixtures on porches, in
garages, and other places where insects light or congregate. Treat
normal fly resting areas such as ceilings, upper corners of the
area, around windows and doors, light fixtures and other surfaces
known to attract flies. Hold can 1 - 2 ft from target surface and
apply at the rate of one 20 oz can/250 - 375 ft2 of surface area.
Treat so as to lightly moisten the target surface. For best
results, initiate treatment at the beginning of the fly season and
repeat weekly during periods of heavy fly activity. For mosquitoes,
treat shrubbery, vegetation, and other areas where mosquitoes may
rest. Shrubbery and vegetation around stagnant pools, marshy areas,
ponds and shorelines may be treated, but direct application of this
product to any body of water is prohibited.
Carpenter Bees: Locate entrance holes. Inject
