Airofog Thermal Foggers are designed for large scale treatment and efficient applications of insecticides, disinfectants and biocides in outdoor and indoor environments. It is constructed of high-quality, light weight stainless steel and it produces a dense ultra-fine fog using thermos-pneumatic energy.
Used for any application of labeled products, acids, pesticides, oxidizers, surface sterilizers, mold remediation chemical, air duct cleaning and sterilizing, and odor control.
Airofog Thermal Foggers offer a consistent 15-25 micron size particle, offering maximum coverage and an easy to remove 1.25 gallon tank offers quick servicing and cleaning time.

Airofog professional cold foggers U120 is a portable ULV applicator powered supply either 240/120 Volt AC electric.
A reliable and powerful electric high speed (38,000 rpm) AC induction motor and fan to create very small spray droplets in the 15-30um droplet size range using the principles of a vortical air shear nozzle (twin heads). The fine aerosol droplets will remain airborne for a long period of time and are dispersed over a large area by the powerful air outlet at the nozzle.
Vortex air sheer double turbine nozzle A Double Turbine Atomizer that works in two stages, to break up the liquid at a high velocity, (With Technology used by NASA and the US Army Air Mobility R&D Laboratory), this passes through a conical diffuser, compressed air passes a second time acting in an opposite direction (the second turbine nozzle technology) to sheer the particles to a consistent 15 microns.
At an air speeds of 426.6 feet per second traveling over 40 feet!Used for any ULV application labeled products such as, acids, pesticides, oxidizers, surface sterilizers, Mold Remediation Chemicals, air duct cleaning and sterilizing, odor control, among many more.
All metal parts and seals or gaskets coming into contact with the chemical are made of high-grade stainless steel (not brass) and Viton. So ours can spray both oil-based and acid solution). HDPE, UV resistant, variable Flow control, Easy to remove the tank from the motor fan body just by loosening the clamp, for an easy cleaning.
